If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns
The following terms are applicable for any services that You are using at Jobstars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
The deadline for canceling a Service is 45 days from the date on which You received the Jo Services or on which a third party we have appointed, who is not the Employer, takes possession of the service provided.

We will reimburse You no later than 60 days from the day on which We receive the mail. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the services, and You will bear the Government laws in regard to Taxes or Deductions.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Services Offered to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Services were not got any result verbally or in written in the last 45 days
The following Services cannot be refunded.
The Services made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The Services which according to their nature are not suitable to be refunded, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of service is over.
The Services which are not suitable for return due to personal problems of “You” or beyond the control of Jobstars HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The Services which are, after placement, according to job description, or as per our advertisement, are separable mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Services that do not meet the above refund conditions is our sole discretion.
Only Services which are bound by our terms may be refunded. Unfortunately, Non fulfillment cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law of the Country.
